If you forget your password
Ask for a link by email, choose a new password, then enter your code as usual.
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?
- Type the email address your school invited, and send it.
- Open the link in the email. It works once, and only for a while.
- Choose a new password — at least 8 characters — and you're back in.
The link can be opened on any device, so asking from a classroom computer and opening it on your phone is fine.
Mastery Board never says whether an address has an account, on this page or the sign-in page. If no email arrives, check the address is the one your school invited, and look in spam.
You'll still be asked for the code from your authenticator app. A password link doesn't replace it. If you've lost the phone as well, ask an administrator at your school to reset your two-step sign-in.
If you know your current password and simply want a different one, open Your profile instead. It asks for the current one first.
